Accomplishments
Significant Professional Accomplishments:
Presided over The Bobbin Group, which for many years presented The BOBBIN SHOW/AAMA Convention in Atlanta, GA. at the time when it was the largest annual trade show for the Sewn Products Industry in the world.
I was also the publisher of the BOBBIN magazine; at the time when it was the largest and most respected trade journal for the Sewn Products Industry and La Bobina.
To the left is only a partial (1/6) of the 1995 Bobbin Shown held in conjunction with the then American Apparel Manufacturers' Association (AAMA) Convention. The show occupied all 6 halls of the Georgia World Congress Center. Its footprint was nearly 430, 000 net square feet with an attendance of about 30,000 participants. There had never been a Bobbin Show that size nor has it ever been bested.
